*£5,000 Marketing Package Competition – Terms & Conditions

This competition is organised by eva crm.

1. Competition Period

The competition opens on the date of publication and closes at 11:59pm (BST) on 30 September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility

Open to UK-registered installation businesses only.

Eligible sectors include, but are not limited to:

• Window & Door Installation

• Solar Installation

• Plumbing

• Electrical

• Flooring

• Roofing

Entrants must be aged 18 or over and authorised to enter on behalf of their business.

Only one entry per business is permitted.

3. How to Enter

Complete and submit the official competition entry form before the closing date.

4. The Prize

One winner will receive a marketing package worth up to £5,000, funded by eva crm.

The prize may be used towards one or more of the following services:

• Website design or development

• Google Ads management

• Meta Ads management

• Social media management

The exact services included will be determined by eva crm based on the winner's business requirements.

5. Prize Conditions

• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

• The prize cannot be exchanged for credit or refunded.

• Where advertising services are selected, the prize covers the marketing services only. Any advertising budget payable directly to advertising platforms (such as Google or Meta) is not included unless expressly confirmed by eva crm.

• The winner may be required to participate in a discovery meeting before work commences so that the most appropriate package can be agreed.

• The prize must be redeemed within 6 months of the winner being notified.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be contacted using the details provided on their entry.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days, eva crm reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity

The winner agrees that eva crm may use their business name, logo and reasonable details of the prize for promotional and marketing purposes.

8. Data Protection

By entering the competition, entrants agree that eva crm may use the information provided for marketing purposes and and contact entrants regarding their entry. Personal data will be processed in accordance with eva crm's Privacy Policy.

9. General

• eva crm reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition at any time where reasonably necessary.

• Any incomplete, fraudulent or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

• The decision of eva crm is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
