Jo-Anne Savant on the Women in Fenestration Network Podcast — talking mentoring
Our very own Jo-Anne Savant has been back with the Women in Fenestration Network (WFN) Podcast — this time talking all things mentoring.
Jo is Head of eva crm and someone who cares deeply about people in our industry, not just products. Sitting down for an honest conversation about mentorship felt like a natural fit — and we’re delighted she could take part.
Why mentorship matters in fenestration
Fenestration is a hands-on, fast-moving sector. Careers here are built on skill, relationships, and learning from people who’ve been where you are — whether you’re on the tools, in sales, in the office, or leading a team.
One of the things that makes the WFN so valuable is the chance for women across the industry to learn from each other, share experiences, and have open conversations about both the opportunities and the challenges that come with building a career in our world.
Mentorship isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about guidance, perspective, and knowing you’re not on your own when you’re navigating the next step — a promotion, a new role, returning after a break, or stepping into leadership for the first time.
Jo on supporting others
Jo is incredibly passionate about supporting others in fenestration. In the podcast, she explores why mentorship matters, how professional development fits into day-to-day work, and what it means to have the right people around you — mentors, peers, and allies who champion you when it counts.
If you’ve met Jo at events, on calls with eva crm customers, or through industry networks, you’ll know that energy: practical, encouraging, and rooted in real experience. That same spirit comes through in this episode.
Proud to stand with the WFN
As a WFN Founding Corporate Member, eva crm is proud to back a network that’s creating more space for women to connect, develop, and succeed within fenestration.
We joined this community because we believe the industry gets stronger when talent is seen, supported, and developed — and when conversations like this one are easy to find, not rare.
Through the WFN, we’ll continue to help where we can: professional development, mentoring, and initiatives that open doors for the next generation of leaders and specialists in our sector.
